The services described in these Terms and Conditions are carried out by VOW TRAVEL LIMITED.

TOUR DETAILS / 行程详情

The itinerary is based on the quotations and itineraries provided by the service provider and the agent.

行程以服务提供方及代理商提供的报价及行程单为准。

 

PAYMENT TERMS/费用支付

The Client shall pay the full amount of the fee at one time at least 3 days before the trip. Payments made within three days or less will affect the refund policy.

客户应在至少出行前3天一次性付清全部费用。低于三天付款的,会影响退费。

 

CLIENT’S RIGHTS / 客户权利

To receive the services agreed in this Contract.

有权获得本合同约定的服务。

To request a refund or reschedule if the Provider fails to perform its obligations without valid reasons.

若提供方无正当理由未履行义务,有权要求退款或改期。

 

CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS / 客户义务

To pay the tour fee on time in accordance with this Contract.

应依据本合同按时支付行程费用。

To ensure they are fit to participate .

须确保自身健康状况适合参加行程。

To inform the Provider of personal health conditions (e.g. allergies, chronic diseases) before the tour.

应在行程前向提供方告知个人健康状况(如过敏、慢性病)。

To follow the guide’s instructions and comply with local laws/regulations during the tour.

行程期间应遵守向导指示及当地法律法规。

Suggest to purchase travel insurance to cover risks (e.g. trip cancellation, medical expenses) before the tour.

建议行程前购买旅游保险,以覆盖相关风险(如行程取消、医疗费用)。

 

PROVIDER’S RIGHTS / 提供方权利

To collect the tour fee from the Client in accordance with this Contract.

有权依据本合同向客户收取行程费用。

To refuse to provide services if the Client violates safety rules or endangers the interests of other participants.

若客户违反安全规定或危害其他参与者利益,有权拒绝提供服务。

No refund will be given if the Client fails to arrive on time, disregards safety rule, leaves without permission or breaks away from the group halfway.

若客户未按时到达,违反安全规定,擅自脱团,或中途退出,公司不予退款。

 

PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS / 提供方义务

To provide services that comply with the itinerary and quality standards agreed in this Contract.

应提供符合本合同约定行程及质量标准的服务。

To inform the Client of important matters (e.g. weather warnings, safety precautions) at least 1 day before the tour.

应在行程开始前至少1 天,向客户告知重要事项(如天气预警、安全注意事项)。

To arrange qualified guides and vehicles .

应安排具备资质的向导及车辆。

To assist the Client in case of emergencies (e.g. medical treatment) during the tour (costs borne by the Client unless covered by insurance).

行程期间若发生紧急情况(如医疗救助),应协助客户(费用由客户承担,保险覆盖除外)。

 

Client-Initiated Rescheduling / 客户申请改期

The Client shall notify the Provider in writing at least 2 days before the tour start date.
客户应在行程开始前至少2 天,以书面形式通知提供方改期。

A rescheduling fee of 15% per booking shall be charged.

每笔预订需支付 15% 新西兰元改期费。

The rescheduled tour must be completed within 1 months of the original start date.

改期后的行程须在原行程开始日期起1个月内完成。

 

Client-Initiated Cancellation / 客户申请取消

Refund Policy and Ratio / 退款政策及比例

≥72hours before the tour / 行程前≥72小时               100%/全额退款
24–72 hours before the tour / 行程前 24-72小时        50% of total fee / 退总费用的 50%

<24 hours/ 行程前 24小时以内                                            0% / 不退款

 

Provider-Initiated Rescheduling / 提供方安排改期

Valid reasons include severe weather, guide illness, or insufficient participants.
正当理由包括恶劣天气、向导生病或成团人数不足。

The Provider shall notify the Client within 3 working days of confirming the need to reschedule.

提供方应在确认需改期后 3个工作日内通知客户。

The Client may choose to: (1) Accept the new date; (2) Request a full refund; (3) Transfer to an equivalent tour.

客户可选择:(1)接受新日期;(2)要求全额退款;(3)转至等值行程。

 

Provider-Initiated Cancellation / 提供方安排取消

Valid reasons include safety risks, government restrictions, or operational failures.

正当理由包括安全风险、政府禁令或运营故障。

The Provider shall refund the full fee to the Client within 14 working days of cancellatio.

提供方应在取消后 14 个工作日内,向客户全额退款。

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect costs (e.g. flight or accommodation bookings made by the Client).

提供方不对客户的间接费用(如客户自行预订的机票、住宿)承担责任。

 

FORCE MAJEURE / 不可抗力

“Force Majeure” refers to events beyond the reasonable control of both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), epidemics, government bans, and wars.
“不可抗力” 指双方无法合理控制的事件,包括但不限于自然灾害(地震、洪水)、疫情、政府禁令及战争。

If either party fails to perform this Contract due to Force Majeure, it shall not be liable for breach, but shall notify the other party in writing within 24 hours and provide supporting evidence within 7 days at the request of the other party.
若任何一方因不可抗力无法履行本合同,不承担违约责任,但应在 24 小时内书面通知对方,并在 7 天内应对方要求提供证明材料。

After the Force Majeure event ends, both parties shall negotiate to resume or terminate this Contract.
不可抗力事件结束后,双方应协商恢复或终止本合同。

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION / 争议解决

Any dispute arising from this Contract shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties.

因本合同产生的任何争议,应首先由双方友好协商解决。

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand for resolution in accordance with New Zealand Law.

若协商不成,任何一方可依据新西兰法律,向新西兰奥克兰地区法院提起诉讼解决。
